Product Details

The QA1 27A686-4M is a stock mount monotube shock absorber from QA1's 27 Series, purpose-built for circle track and IMCA-legal racing applications. Featuring a T-Bar lower mount with polyurethane V-mount upper, this shock is designed for direct bolt-in fitment on stock shock mount locations without modification.

The 27 Series builds on QA1's proven 26 Series platform, delivering the same race-winning performance in a package engineered to fit factory mounting points. With a collapsed length of 13.35 inches and an extended length of 22.55 inches, this shock provides the travel needed for demanding race conditions.

Key Features:

  • 46mm hard anodized piston for consistent damping force and long-term durability
  • Zinc plated steel body for corrosion resistance in harsh racing environments
  • Linear valving with a 6-compression / 4-rebound (6-4M) valving configuration
  • IMCA sealed construction for compliance with IMCA sanctioning body rules
  • T-Bar lower mount / Polyurethane V upper mount for stock-location installation
  • 100% dyno tested and serialized for quality assurance
  • Made in the USA

The sealed IMCA designation ensures this shock meets the requirements of the International Motor Contest Association, making it a legal option for IMCA-sanctioned race events. QA1's 1-year manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase.

This was my first order from Autoplicity.com. The prices and selection are excellent on the front end and the quick delivery got it to me right on time. I'll definitely be looking here again next time I need parts. Thank you.

Great customer service. Fast shipping. The products provided are good quality.

Loving my new exhaust system!! Great experience! and even greater prices! Will definitely recommend autoplicity.com to everyone I know, and cant wait to do business again!

Everything I was looking for, thanks!

Good price for item

It's the bee's knees.

Autoplicity had the cheapest price, I got my order in 3 business days, and let me know through email when they received my order, shipped my order, and completed my order. Was really impressed!

These guys had great pricing and got my order to me very quickly. I would do business with them again for sure!

Installed a 5th wheel hitch in a F150 with a 5 1/2' bed. Autoplicity had the Sidewinder hitch I needed to put the swivel under the camper insead of at the hitch, also at a lower price than competitors with extremly reasonable shipping $14.38. I Placed the order on a Friday and the item shipped the same day. Very happy with the product and fast shipping.

The part description was off by a mile, however the part number and the item recieved were exactly what I wanted and orderd. shipped fast, got parts in two days. Finaly got e-mail that parts had shipped 7 days after I had received the order, just a little slow in that regard. As long as I get the parts I orderd and quick shipping, cudos to Autoplicity.

HOPE ITS THE RIGHT PART

Easy payment and super fast shipping! Will order from again!

Web site was confusing as to which part I needed but sales guy on phone got me hooked up with the correct part number so I could get the desired part. Order was shipped next day. Thank You.
