QA1 27888-2M 27 Series Monotube Shock Absorber Steel 12.8/21.38 Stud/Poly 8-2M Valving

The QA1 27888-2M is part of the 27 Series — a stock mount monotube shock absorber built for circle track racing applications including street stocks, hobby stocks, and mini stocks. Engineered as an evolution of QA1's proven 26 Series, the 27 Series delivers the same trusted performance in a stock mount configuration.

Key Features:

• Zinc-plated steel body provides reliable corrosion resistance for long-term durability
• 46mm hard anodized piston for consistent, precise damping performance
• Hyperscrew valving system — the linear damping curve provides complete control at low shaft speeds without generating extreme forces at high shaft velocities
• 8-2M linear valving (8 compression / 2 rebound) delivers a stable, predictable handling balance
• Stud/poly end mounts for direct stock-style installation
• Racer revalveable and rebuildable design engineered for unparalleled repeatability
• Non-fading performance using QA1's proprietary blend of specially engineered shock oil
• 100% dyno tested and serialized at the factory for verified quality
• Made in the USA

The 27888-2M features compressed/extended lengths of 12.8 and 21.38 inches respectively. Also available in the 27A Series with Sealed Hyperscrew valving for IMCA Southern Sport Mod legal applications.
