QA1 26A74-7M 26 Series Monotube Shock Absorber 7in Stroke 4C/7MR Linear Sealed IMCA Steel Eye/Eye

The QA1 26A74-7M is a race-proven, one-piece steel monotube shock absorber from QA1's popular 26A Series — the IMCA-legal variant of the 26 Series platform. This shock features a sealed Hyperscrew configuration, which locks internal nitrogen gas pressure in compliance with IMCA regulations, ensuring it passes technical inspection right out of the box. With 4-compression / 7-modified rebound (4C/7MR) linear valving, a 7-inch stroke, and eye/eye mounting at both ends, this shock is built for serious dirt and asphalt circle track competition.

Key Features:

• IMCA-legal sealed Hyperscrew — gas pressure is factory-set and sealed; adjustable only by QA1 or QA1 Authorized Rebuilders per sanctioning body rules
• One-piece monotube construction with a 2" O.D. zinc-plated steel body for strength and corrosion resistance
• 46mm deflective disc piston for maximum car control across all shaft velocities
• 7-inch stroke — compressed height 13.09", extended height 20.57"
• Linear valving — 4 compression / 7 modified rebound (4C/7MR)
• Eye/Eye mounting (eyelet top and eyelet bottom)
• Racer rebuildable and revalveable for repeatable, consistent performance
• 100% dyno tested and serialized at the factory
• Made in the USA

The QA1 26A Series monotube shock excels on rough dirt tracks and functions well as an easy-up or traction shock on a wide range of dirt and asphalt applications. It is a trusted choice among modifieds, late models, super stocks, and other circle track classes where IMCA compliance is required.
