Product Details

The QA1 Precision Products 26A74-6M is a steel-bodied monotube shock absorber from the 26A Series, specifically designed for IMCA-regulated racing applications. This shock is identical to QA1's standard 26 Series but features the gas pressure tuneability function disabled to comply with IMCA regulations.

Key Features:

 • One-piece steel body construction for maximum durability in demanding race conditions
 • Monotube design provides consistent damping performance and superior heat dissipation
 • Compressed length of 13.09 inches, extended length of 20.57 inches
 • Eye-bearing on both top and bottom mounting ends for smooth articulation
 • IMCA-compliant design with non-adjustable gas pressure
 • V4-6M valving configuration optimized for specific applications
 • Rebuildable and revalvable for long-term cost savings

QA1's 26A Series shocks deliver professional-grade performance for dirt track and oval racing while meeting strict technical regulations. The steel body construction ensures reliability under harsh racing conditions, while the monotube design maintains consistent damping characteristics throughout extended competition use.

easy shop?

Everything I have gotten from Autoplicity has arrived in perfect condition and quickly. The prices are great and the product selection very good. I always look to autoplicity when I'm looking for something new for the Jeep.

I was a bit concerned buying from a online retailer I had not done business with before, but Autoplicity is now on my list of preferred vendors. I was sure there would be some problem, as the part I ordered was $73 cheaper than anywhere else online (too good to be true). Well, the part arrived super fast, and was exactly as I ordered. I did not hear from them immediately after ordering, but received confirmation and tracking info when the item shipped, which was two days after ordering. All in all, a great, money saving experience.

Update:
While I am still pleased with the service I received, I find it odd that Autoplicity emailed me and offered me a refund of $5 for writing a review. It has been a couple of weeks since I posted my review, and I have yet to see any credits on my credit card.
