QA1 26A73-9M Monotube Steel Shock Absorber 13.09-20.57in Travel IMCA Legal

The QA1 26A73-9M is a single-adjustable, steel-bodied monotube shock absorber from QA1's 26A Series, purpose-built for IMCA-legal racing applications. The 26A Series mirrors the performance-proven 26 Series platform, but with the gas pressure tunability feature disabled to comply with IMCA (International Motor Contest Association) regulations — making it a trusted choice for sanctioned dirt oval racing.

This shock features a large steel monotube body with an eye/eye mounting configuration on both ends, a compressed length of 13.09 inches, and an extended length of 20.57 inches, providing a generous travel range for demanding track conditions. The V3-9M designation indicates a 9-position rebound adjustability, allowing competitors to fine-tune damping characteristics at the track without disassembling the shock.

Key Features:

• IMCA-legal 26A Series monotube design — gas pressure tuning disabled per sanctioning body rules
• One-piece steel monotube body for durability and consistent damping performance
• Compressed length: 13.09 inches | Extended length: 20.57 inches
• Eye/Eye (Eye-B / Eye-B) mounting on both ends for broad chassis compatibility
• 9-position rebound adjustment (V3-9M) for trackside tuning
• Large-body shock design for improved heat dissipation and fluid capacity
• Designed for dirt oval, circle track, and IMCA-sanctioned racing applications

The QA1 26A73-9M delivers the adjustability and reliability that serious circle track racers demand, all within the bounds of IMCA competition rules. It pairs seamlessly with QA1's full line of suspension components for a complete, race-ready corner setup.
