QA1 2699-1 26 Series Steel Monotube Shock 15.10-24.60 9C/1R Digressive Hyperscrew Eye/Eye

The QA1 2699-1 is a 26 Series one-piece steel monotube racing shock absorber featuring a 9-inch stroke, 9C/1R digressive valving, and a Hyperscrew gas port. With a compressed length of 15.10 inches and an extended length of 24.60 inches, this shock mounts via eye-to-eye configuration and is purpose-built for circle track competition on both dirt and asphalt surfaces.

Key Features:

• 2" O.D. zinc-plated steel monotube body for corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability
• 9C/1R digressive valving — aggressive compression damping with soft rebound for maximum traction
• Hyperscrew gas port with O-ring sealed screw to retain nitrogen gas pressure inside the shock body
• 46mm piston for maximum car control at all shaft velocities
• 15mm centerless ground, hard chrome-plated piston rod eliminates rod flex and increases valving consistency
• Deflective disc valving delivers complete control at low shaft speeds without generating extreme forces at high shaft velocities
• Can be run in any orientation — including inverted — with no change in damping rate
• Replaceable 1/2" I.D. eye-type end bearings for easy serviceability
• Racer rebuildable and revalveable for consistent, repeatable performance
• Uses a premium proprietary blend of specially engineered oil to prevent fade

The QA1 26 Series is a popular choice among modifieds, late models, super stocks, and various other classes. It performs exceptionally well on rough and bumpy tracks — both dirt and asphalt — and excels as an easy-up shock across all banking types. Sold individually.
