QA1 2693-8 26 Series Steel Monotube Shock Absorber 9in. Stroke 3C/8R Eye/Eye

The QA1 2693-8 is a 26 Series one-piece steel monotube shock absorber featuring a 9-inch stroke, 3C/8R digressive valving, and eye/eye mounts. With a 15.10-inch collapsed length and 24.60-inch extended length, this shock is engineered for circle track racing applications including modifieds, late models, super stocks, and similar classes.

Built around a 2-inch O.D. zinc-plated steel monotube body, the 26 Series delivers corrosion resistance and durability in demanding racing environments. The shock performs especially well on rough dirt tracks, as an easy-up shock on dirt cars, and on bumpy asphalt tracks across all banking types.

Key Features:

• 46mm piston for maximum car control across all shaft velocities
• 15mm centerless ground, hard chrome plated piston rod eliminates rod flex for consistent valving
• Deflective disc valving with digressive damping curve — full control at low shaft speeds without extreme forces at high velocities
• Premium proprietary oil blend engineered to prevent fade
• Gas-charged monotube design — can be run in any orientation, including inverted to reduce unsprung weight
• Replaceable 1/2-inch I.D. bearings with eye/eye mount configuration
• Racer rebuildable and revalveable for unmatched repeatability
• 100% dyno tested and serialized at the factory
• Made in the USA

The QA1 26 Series monotube shock absorber is sold individually and is backed by QA1's limited warranty. Its rebuildable, revalveable design makes it a long-term investment for serious circle track competitors seeking consistent, repeatable performance lap after lap.
