QA1 2693-7 26 Series Monotube Shock Absorber 7in Stroke Hyperscrew 3-7 Valving Steel Eye/Eye

The QA1 2693-7 is a 26 Series one-piece steel monotube shock absorber featuring a 7-inch stroke, 3C/7R digressive valving, and Eye/Eye mounting. Built for competitive circle track racing, this shock delivers consistent, high-performance damping whether you're on dirt or asphalt.

Key Features:

• One-piece monotube design with a 2" O.D. zinc-plated steel body for corrosion resistance
• Deflective disc valving with 3C/7R digressive tune — optimized for a softer compression and firm rebound response
• Hyperscrew gas pressure valve — sealed with an O-ring screw near the bearing end to maintain nitrogen gas pressure; adjustable only by QA1 or QA1 Authorized Rebuilders per IMCA and sanctioning body rules
• 46mm large-bore piston for maximum car control at all shaft velocities
• Centerless-ground, gun-drilled piston rod to eliminate rod flex and maintain consistent valving
• Eye/Eye (Eye-B/Eye-B) mounting — 15.10" collapsed / 24.60" extended length
• Racer rebuildable and revalveable for unparalleled long-term consistency
• Can be run upside-down to reduce unsprung weight
• 100% dyno tested and serialized; Made in the USA

Well-suited for modifieds, late models, super stocks, and various other classes, the 26 Series excels on rough tracks and as an easy-up shock on dirt cars, as well as on bumpy asphalt tracks across all banking types. The non-fading gas pressure design keeps tune consistent even under the harshest race conditions.
