Product Details

The QA1 2692-4 is part of QA1's budget-friendly 26 Series Steel Monotube Shock line, engineered to deliver competitive performance without the premium price tag. Built around a large, one-piece steel monotube body, this shock offers superior heat dissipation and consistent damping force compared to twin-tube designs—making it an ideal upgrade for street performance, drag racing, and custom suspension builds.

With a collapsed length of 15.10 inches and an extended length of 24.60 inches, the 2692-4 offers a generous travel range to suit a wide variety of custom and racing suspension configurations. The Eye/Eye (Eye-B/Eye-B) mounting configuration provides straightforward installation with standard rod-end or bushing hardware.

Key Features:

  • 26 Series steel monotube construction for durability and consistent performance
  • 15.10" collapsed / 24.60" extended length for versatile fitment
  • Eye-B / Eye-B mounting on both ends for flexible installation
  • V2-4 valving for a street/strip-oriented damping tune
  • Single-tube monotube design resists fade and provides more consistent damping than twin-tube shocks
  • Budget-conscious pricing without sacrificing performance quality
  • Large-diameter steel body improves heat management during extended use

The QA1 26 Series is a trusted choice for hot rod builders, custom chassis fabricators, and performance enthusiasts who need a reliable, high-value monotube shock. The V2-4 valving provides a balanced damping profile suited for both street driving and competition use.

thanks

Very easy webpage to use and search for items by selected vehicle. Shipping was fast and good notification system when order has shipped. Great prices, Would use autoplicity again and would reccomend to everyone.

Excellent product and fast service!! Great seller with great products!! Fast shipping, no hassles!! AAA+++

Great prices and piece of cake ordering.

I RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE WITH AUTOPLICITY. THERE WAS AN ITEM ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT SAID OUT OF STOCK SO I CALLED AND ASKED WHEN THEY WOULD BE GETTING MORE AND THEY GUY WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFULL. NOT TOO MENTION THE PRICE WAS WAY BELOW THEIR COMPETITORS. I WOULD RECOMMENT AUTOPLICITY TO ANYONE AND I WILL CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Nice and quick. Well scripted to take customer info straight from paypal. That was what...4 clicks? Nice!

Very Convenient.

Easy and had the best price.

Ordered Friday and received the shipment Tuesday. Excellent price. The product was exactly as ordered and arrived in good condition. The checkout process at autoplicity.com is incompatible with nonmainstream browsers. No joy even with java, javascript, referrer logging and cookies all enabled. Finally I placed the order over the phone. Ten minutes later I received acknowledgments for two identical orders, 8961 and 8965. I phoned and asked them to cancel one of the duplicate orders. Four hours later I receive an e-mail saying my order 8961 was canceled for one of four possible reasons, none of which was "We canceled your order that was accidentally duplicated." So I had to phone again (phone is more effective with autoplicity than e-mail or chat) to see whether they had canceled one or both orders. The excellent price was offset by the communication hassle. If you prefer not to use IE or Thunderbird or Chrome, then skip the checkout hassle by placing your order by phone.

Prices are good if u order more then one type of thing shipping goes way up
