QA1 2678-12M 26 Series Monotube Steel Shock 13.10-20.57 Eye/Eye V8-12M

The QA1 2678-12M is a 26 Series one-piece monotube shock absorber built for circle track racing applications. Featuring a 2" O.D. zinc-plated steel body for corrosion resistance, this shock delivers consistent, race-ready damping with an 8-inch stroke and Eye-B/Eye-B mounting configuration. Compressed length is 13.10 inches and extended length is 20.57 inches.

Key Features:

• One-piece monotube construction for superior heat dissipation and consistent damping performance
• 2" O.D. zinc-plated steel body for long-lasting corrosion resistance
• Deflective disc valving with V8-12M linear valving (8 compression / 12 rebound)
• Eye-B/Eye-B mounting style for versatile suspension compatibility
• Hyperscrew gas charging port for easy re-pressurization and field servicing
• Fully rebuildable and revalvable for tuning to specific track conditions
• 46mm piston for broad, consistent damping force

The QA1 26 Series is a popular choice among modifieds, late models, and super stocks competing on both dirt and asphalt tracks. Its design performs especially well on rough or bumpy surfaces and as a traction shock in a wide variety of racing setups. The racer-rebuildable design means this shock can be revalved and refreshed to match any track condition or chassis tuning need.
