QA1 2676-8M 26 Series Steel Monotube Shock 13.10-20.57 Eye/Eye Hyperscrew V6-8M

The QA1 2676-8M is a 26 Series one-piece steel monotube shock absorber built for circle track racing and high-performance applications. With a collapsed length of 13.10 inches and an extended length of 20.57 inches delivering a 7-inch stroke, this shock features eyelet-over-eyelet (Eye-B/Eye-B) mounting and a hyperscrew gas charging port. Valving is set at 6 compression / 8M rebound for a linear damping curve well suited to a wide range of track surfaces.

Key Features:

• One-piece monotube construction — 2-inch O.D. zinc-plated steel body for corrosion resistance
• 46mm piston — delivers maximum car control at all shaft velocities
• Centerless-ground, hard chrome-plated 15mm piston rod — eliminates rod flex and maintains consistent valving
• Hyperscrew gas charging port — sealed with an O-ring screw to retain nitrogen pressure; field adjustable (non-IMCA sealed)
• Deflective disc valving — linear valving curve for complete suspension control at low shaft speeds without excessive forces at high velocities
• Eye-B/Eye-B mounting — eyelet top and eyelet bottom with replaceable 1/2-inch I.D. bearings
• Racer rebuildable and revalveable — can be serviced and revalved for unmatched repeatability
• Can be run in any orientation — no change in damping rate regardless of mounting direction
• Made in the USA — 100% dyno tested and serialized at QA1's Lakeville, MN facility

The 26 Series is a popular choice for modifieds, late models, super stocks, and similar classes. It performs especially well on rough dirt tracks and bumpy asphalt in all banking types, and works as an effective traction shock across a variety of applications.
