I just finished a transaction with this company and decided to write my very first post, based upon my experience with them. To be honest, a few short hours ago I was wary of how this would turn out. There had been a miscommunication with shipping and it started to go down hill. Lo and behold, something happened that is rare today. The company, from top to bottom put all of their efforts together, communicated with me even during a Holiday and rectified the situation. I needed a few small XRP fittings for our NHRA Top Alcohol Dragster, I had called XRP and even a "pro racer discount" the price was ridiculous; couple this with their ridiculous shipping/handling charge I had to go elsewhere. I typed in the XRP part number into Google and found Autoplicity, twice as many pcs. as I was planning on ordering and with shipping it was cheaper than one fitting from XRP direct. I will be checking Autoplicity anytime I'm ordering something from this day on, everything about the transaction was smooth and simple. I just got my tracking number today and the stuff is on its' way. The filter appears to have been sent directly from K&N, but I ordered on the 20th of June, yet the packing date that K&N Engineering Inc. shows is July 3rd.
