HPS Performance Products AT90-138-CLR-25 6061-T6 Aluminum 90 Degree Elbow Tube 1-3/8" OD 2-1/2" CLR

The HPS Performance Products AT90-138-CLR-25 is a precision-formed 90-degree aluminum elbow tube crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum. With a 1-3/8 inch (35mm) outside diameter and a 2-1/2 inch centerline radius (CLR), this tight-radius elbow is engineered for applications where space is limited and performance is critical.

Built to 16-gauge wall thickness (1.65mm), this elbow delivers excellent structural rigidity while keeping weight to a minimum. Each leg (straight section) measures 6 inches, providing ample material for secure connections and custom fitment.

Key Features:

• Material: 6061-T6 aluminum — lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and weldable
• Bend Angle: 90 degrees
• Outside Diameter: 1-3/8 inch (35mm)
• Centerline Radius (CLR): 2-1/2 inch — tight radius design for compact routing
• Wall Thickness: 16 gauge (1.65mm)
• Leg Length: 6 inches per side (straight section)
• Versatile use: Ideal for automotive, marine, industrial, and aerospace applications

This elbow tube is a popular choice for custom fabrication projects including DIY cold air intakes, engine cooling systems, turbocharger intercooler piping, and other high-performance plumbing setups. Its consistent wall thickness and smooth interior bore promote optimal airflow and fluid transfer.
