Product Details

The HPS Performance Products AT45-400-CLR-55 is a precision-engineered 45-degree aluminum elbow tube designed for custom fabrication and performance applications. Constructed from durable 6061-T6 aluminum with a 2mm wall thickness, this mandrel-bent elbow delivers smooth, unrestricted airflow for turbo intercooler systems, cold air intakes, and custom cooling setups.

Key Specifications:

  • 45-degree bend angle with large radius design
  • 4 inch (102mm) outside diameter
  • 5-1/2 inch centerline radius for optimal flow characteristics
  • 6 inch leg length on each straight section
  • 6061-T6 aluminum construction with 2mm wall thickness
  • Natural clear anodized finish

This aluminum elbow tube is ideal for automotive, marine, aerospace, and industrial applications where lightweight, corrosion-resistant materials are essential. The large centerline radius minimizes turbulence and pressure drop, making it perfect for high-performance turbo and intercooler piping systems. 6061-T6 aluminum offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and can be easily welded or modified for custom installations.

Extremely fast shipment and the best price on the internet. Highly recommended.

very smooth and efficient web site.

Received order quickly. I had to return it because I ordered the wrong part. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Searching and product listings could be a bit easier to follow along with and cleaner. That is my only complaint.

It was a good price with fast delivery. They had the lowest price I found. My only comment was the shipping cost was more then I expected.

Purchased my mishimoto heat tape. Cheapest price around and the shipment was delivered in a very reasonable time. Couldnt be happier

Very competive prices, even with shipping costs. Looking forward to using Autoplicity again in the near future.

Best prices and easy manipulation of website

So far so Good !!!

Great selection, free shipping!

Great place to do business with! Exactly what I ordered for a great price and even showed up 3 days early. You can not ask for anymore than this!!!!!

Rather amazing and uneventful service in this day and age. Ordered a Thule bike rack for my Nissan Murano. It was in stock (unusual for high-end specialty products), shipped the next day, and was on my doorstep in a few days (excellent for a 60 lb. large box). I'd buy anything from these people without any reservation. AND, your order is insured - completely superfluous. Oh, and did I mention, the lowest price I could find ANYWHERE, and not by a few dollars - a lot.
