The product came at the very last minute. So we had to do something different plus the "return" directions on the website were not clear, i.e. the return process is not easily executed.

Order has gone smooth so far. I wont know for sure until the correct part is delivered.

Easy ordering,and cheapest I found anywhere for the same product. My order came quick and it was exactly what I expected. Great experience.

They carried the parts i was looking for at an amazingly discounted price. I'm not dissapointed even though the initial ship took 5 days to begin. Per their note they do inform the customer of 1 day to process the order and another 3 "business days" to SHIP. Seems like in this age of instantaneous communications the lag should be dramatically less. Generally, a more robust processing center can ship same day if in the same time zone and order arrives before 2pm - a goal to shoot for! ;)
