I ordered a Thule 9002 Raceway Bike Carrier on Sunday, April 8 and received the product by Fedex on Wednesday, April 11 with just regular shipping. That is fast service. And the price was $43 cheaper than any other site on the internet (including shipping). I haven't had a chance to use the bike carrier yet but it appears to be new and as advertised with no issues as of this writing. I would definitely recommend this retailer for your next purchase. They carried the parts i was looking for at an amazingly discounted price. I'm not dissapointed even though the initial ship took 5 days to begin. Per their note they do inform the customer of 1 day to process the order and another 3 "business days" to SHIP. Seems like in this age of instantaneous communications the lag should be dramatically less. Generally, a more robust processing center can ship same day if in the same time zone and order arrives before 2pm - a goal to shoot for! ;)
