I tried to call customer service before I bought, but it was a holiday (US Memorial Day) and the wait time was tedious. Other than that, all good!

Nice Store. Best price on the product I was looking for. Received my item within a week. But online order status wasn't updated until the day I received the item. I was ready to call the store to find out if something is wrong with my order. This part could be improved. Otherwise I'm happy and definitely be back in the future.
