There were some communication issues at the beginning. Some confusion about order numbers and shipping led to a couple days of going back and forth with them. In the end, they made every effort to make sure I was satisfied and that my order was complete and correct. Extremely cheap price, I bet I saved almost $100 on 4 EBC rotors. Phone service was quick and personable wanting to solve my problem immediately. The weight of my package was wrong causing shipping to be $300 to ship a gas can but was fixed right away. Prices were great! I would purchase through them again!
