First off I gotta say that my item arrived much quicker than expected. Funny thing is I ordered a part from another site a few days before I ordered the one from Autoplicity... and I received the Autoplicity item before the other item. In fact the other item hasn't arrived it. Plus the one I ordered from Autoplicty is significantly larger. The item arrived in perfect condition. Pretty impressed. This company is on my recommendations list for sure. They even offer a small reimbursement for writing review. Sheesh they deserve it.

I placed an order with Autoplicity and it shipped the next day. The first part of the order was received he following day but I had to wait 5 days for the second part to come from across the country. They were available on the phone for questions, prompt, and courteous every time I called. I'll start off saying that Autoplicity's prices are unbeatable...but, I placed my order on a Saturday night (which I know is the weekend)on a in stock part and it took them till the following Thursday to ship it out. I use my truck to make a living and was hoping to get it a little quicker, but now I'm down another 3-4 days till the part gets here. Also, I sent a e-mail on Tuesday evening regaurding my order and never got a response.
