Product Details

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System is a complete performance upgrade designed for 2004-2008 Ford F-150 2WD trucks, providing 0-2.63 inches of lift capability. This comprehensive system features billet aluminum upper control arms equipped with ICON's exclusive patented Delta Joint technology.

Delta Joint Technology:

The Delta Joint represents a breakthrough in suspension design, combining the durability of a heavy-duty ball joint with the high-angle performance characteristics of a traditional uniball. Unlike conventional uniballs that can suffer from exposure to the elements in daily-driven applications, the Delta Joint features a zinc-plated housing for superior corrosion resistance and a robust grease seal that protects the internal components from contaminants.

Key Features:

  • Patented Delta Joint technology for enhanced durability and performance
  • Billet aluminum upper control arms for maximum strength and precision
  • 0-2.63 inch lift range for improved ground clearance and stance
  • Zinc-plated housing provides excellent corrosion resistance
  • Greasable metal-on-metal construction for extended service life
  • High-angle capability exceeds standard ball joints
  • Weather-sealed design outperforms exposed uniballs
  • Noise-free operation for daily driving comfort
  • Stage 4 complete system for comprehensive suspension upgrade

The Delta Joint's sealed, greasable design ensures long-term reliability while maintaining smooth, bind-free articulation. This makes the system ideal for both off-road performance and daily driving, delivering the best attributes of both uniball and ball joint technologies in a single, maintenance-friendly package.
