Product Details

The H&R 28780-1 Sport Springs are a premium lowering spring set engineered for street-driven performance. Manufactured at H&R's ISO 9001 certified facility in Germany, these springs deliver the ideal balance of improved handling, aggressive stance, and daily-drivability that enthusiasts demand.

Built from high-fatigue 54SiCr6 spring steel rated at 290,000 psi tensile strength and shot-peened for added durability, every spring in the set is 100% tested before leaving the factory. The progressive spring rate design allows the springs to adapt smoothly across a range of road conditions — firmer when cornering hard, more compliant over everyday bumps and imperfections.

Key Features:

  • Lowers ride height 1.5–2.0 inches on average for an aggressive, performance stance
  • Progressive spring rate reduces body roll and lowers center of gravity for improved handling
  • Manufactured from high-fatigue 54SiCr6 spring steel — rated at 290,000 psi tensile strength
  • Shot-peened construction for enhanced fatigue resistance and long-term durability
  • 100% individually tested at H&R's ISO 9001 certified production facility in Germany
  • Reduced fender well gap improves aerodynamics and vehicle aesthetics
  • Street-tuned for superb ride quality without the harshness of stiffer race-oriented springs

H&R Sport Springs are the brand's best-selling product line and represent an ideal single-component suspension upgrade for drivers seeking better handling and a sportier appearance without compromising everyday comfort.

Got what I needed in a timely manner, thanks!

Pretty easy

I would like expected shipping date

I haven't received my parts yet, but they just notified me that the order has been shipped. I think this is very fast service. Their online ordering system was very easy to use. And best of all, they had the lowest prices on the items I ordered. Even the shipping charge was less than some other companies. So far, I am very satisfied with Autoplicity, and I will certainly check their Website the next time I'm looking for parts.

Great price!

Quick and easy! Thanks!

quick and easy

I liked it, I will return.

Great and quick

Every thing is very good so far.

Quick an Easy

After seeing that Autoplicity was in good standing with the BBB and had favourable reviews reported elsewhere I placed an order on a Sunday evening. On Monday morning I already had a confirmation email and order number. On Tuesday I was notified that my order had shipped. Their price of $477 on the part I ordered was about $30 cheaper than Summit Racing, who I usually do business with, and the cost of shipping and handling was only a few dollars more. I haven't recieved the part yet but have no reason to think I won't be totally satisfied with the transaction.

this was my first time shopping at Autoplicity and it kind of made me nervous not really knowing anything about their site but i recieved an order confirmation immediatley after ordering and it was shipped extremely fast.
