Wiseco PK1710 48mm 2-Stroke Top End Piston Kit with Gasket Set

The Wiseco PK1710 is a complete 2-stroke top end piston kit featuring a 48mm (569M) forged piston engineered for the 1988–1992 Yamaha YZ80. Designed as a direct replacement for overboring or rebuilding the top end, this kit delivers the proven strength and precision Wiseco is known for in the powersports industry.

Kit Includes:

• Forged piston (48mm / 569M bore)
• Piston rings
• Wrist pin
• Circlips
• Top end gasket set

Key Features:

• Aerospace-grade forged aluminum construction — forging compresses the material's grain structure for superior strength, impact resistance, and fatigue life compared to cast pistons
• Dedicated forging design — each piston is engineered specifically for its application, optimizing the strength-to-weight ratio for peak performance
• CNC machined for tight tolerances and consistent fitment
• Race-proven design — trusted by top race teams at every level of competition
• Complete top end gasket set included — everything needed for a full top end rebuild in one kit

Wiseco is the only aftermarket piston manufacturer in the United States that produces pistons exclusively using the forging process, giving riders a performance advantage that cast pistons simply cannot match. The PK1710 is ideal for restoring power and reliability during a top end rebuild or bore oversize service.
