Product Details

The Wiseco 40131M09500 is a high-performance forged piston kit designed for the KTM 500EXC (2012–2014) with a 12.5:1 compression ratio and a 95mm bore diameter. Built to withstand the rigors of off-road and enduro riding, this piston delivers a significant upgrade over OEM components in both durability and performance.

Wiseco forges this piston from a high-silicon aluminum alloy, a material chosen for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and resistance to heat and wear. The result is a piston that maintains dimensional stability under extreme combustion temperatures and loads.

Key Features:

  • Forged high-silicon aluminum alloy construction for maximum strength and dependability
  • 12.5:1 compression ratio for increased power output over stock
  • 95mm bore diameter — oversize applications require professional cylinder re-sleeving or boring
  • Innovative forging design and optimized piston skirt profile to maximize horsepower and torque
  • Complete kit includes: forged piston, rings, wrist pin, and circlips
  • Designed specifically for the KTM 500EXC 2012, 2013, and 2014 model years
  • OEM-quality fit and finish for straightforward installation

Wiseco piston kits are a trusted choice among competitive off-road and enduro riders who demand reliable, high-output engine components. The 40131M09500 kit includes everything needed for a complete piston replacement, making it an ideal choice for engine rebuilds and performance upgrades.

I looked around for the best peice for a set of Sparco seats. I found them on autoplicity much cheaper then anywhere else. I figured it would take a few days to ship, but by the time i decided to call for a tracking #, I got an email with tracking # and that my seat was all ready to be delivered the next day. They didnt ship together because they were out of stock for a day or 2. I called about my other seat a few days later and it was already delivered at my door. Any future purchases will be checked with autoplicity 1st.

An excellent combination of a terrific price on the Thule product I ordered and very fast delivery. My only regret is that I had to order the fit kit more my car from another vendor.

Your website is good but I wish the pictures you show for the items was correct so your customer can feel sure about their purchase so I hope what I just bought is what I think it is.

Love that item was the cheapest found anywhere and that I could use Amazon checkout!
