Product Details

The Öhlins HD143 is a premium R&T (Road & Track) rear shock absorber engineered specifically for Harley-Davidson XL Sportster motorcycles. Built to Öhlins' legendary Swedish performance standards, this shock delivers a dramatic improvement in ride quality and handling over the factory suspension unit.

The R&T series represents Öhlins' street-focused performance line, combining sophisticated damping technology with a refined, adjustable setup suitable for both daily riding and spirited road use. The HD143 features Öhlins' twin-tube gas shock construction, which provides consistent damping performance across a wide range of riding conditions and temperatures.

Key Features:

  • Öhlins R&T (Road & Track) series — purpose-built for street and performance road use
  • Twin-tube gas shock design for consistent, fade-free damping performance
  • Spring preload adjustability to fine-tune ride height and load compensation
  • Öhlins STX 36 twin-tube technology for superior handling and comfort
  • Direct OEM-style fitment — designed as a bolt-on replacement for Harley-Davidson XL Sportster models
  • Anodized aluminum body with Öhlins gold finish for a distinctive, premium appearance
  • Nitrogen-charged for consistent performance and resistance to aeration/fade

Engineered and manufactured in Sweden, Öhlins suspension components are trusted by professional racers and serious enthusiasts worldwide. The HD143 is a direct-fit upgrade that transforms the Sportster's ride dynamics without requiring custom fabrication or modification.

Easy and quick

Great.

it was easy finding the product that I was looking for.

ordered 4 cans to prime/paint/clear coat some rims. paint came in 2-3 days (incredibly fast). They forgot a can, i emailed and got a reply within 20 minutes, and the can was on my doorstep the next day. im very impressed

Smooth checkout. The choice of 3 colors for the grill cover I ordered were not in the descriptions. I needed black, so chose the photo with the darkest appearance. This color turned out to be pewter. I am confident that Autoplicity will exchange for the correct color. I am happy that I found this site and plan on ordering from them in the future.

Great
