Ohlins BM636 STX Adventure Rear Shock Absorber - 46 S46HR1C1

The Öhlins BM636 is a high-performance rear shock absorber built on the proven STX 46 Adventure platform (type code S46HR1C1). Engineered to deliver a significant suspension upgrade over the stock unit, this monotube shock brings race-derived damping technology to the adventure segment.

Key Features:

• Monotube high-pressure gas design with hose-mounted external reservoir for superior heat dissipation and consistent damping performance
• 46 mm main piston — large-diameter construction delivers reliable, stable damping in a wide range of riding conditions
• Adjustable rebound damping (R1) — adjuster wheel conveniently located above the end eye for easy access
• Adjustable compression damping (C1) — adjuster wheel or slot positioned on the reservoir
• Single-tube (monotube) construction for lightweight, direct damping response
• Nitrogen pressurized — resists cavitation and fade for consistent feel mile after mile
• Part Number: BM 636 | Type Code: S46HR1C1

The Öhlins STX 46 Adventure series is a well-proven platform available in a wide range of configurations, capable of fitting virtually any mounting space. With both compression and rebound damping fully adjustable, riders can fine-tune the shock to match their weight, load, and riding style — whether on pavement, gravel, or technical trails.
