Prothane 6-1613-BL Ford Mustang Manual Transmission Shifter Bushing Kit

The Prothane 6-1613-BL shifter bushing kit eliminates sloppy, imprecise shifts in Ford Mustang manual transmissions. Worn factory rubber bushings allow excessive movement in the shift linkage, resulting in poor shift quality and vague gate feel—especially in high-mileage vehicles or those subjected to aggressive driving.

Key Features:

• Precision-molded polyurethane bushings replace worn factory rubber components
• Significantly reduces shifter slop and improves shift precision
• Enhances confidence during hard shifts and performance driving
• Polyurethane construction resists wear, oil, and road chemicals
• Direct replacement design for straightforward installation
• Black bushings maintain a clean, OEM appearance

This kit provides an immediate improvement in shift feel and accuracy at a fraction of the cost of a complete shifter replacement. Prothane's polyurethane formulation offers durability that outlasts original rubber bushings while maintaining reasonable compliance for daily driving comfort.
