Muffler wasnt shipped in a box but it didn't seem to be damaged. Just made fed ex guy mad. Shipped fast parts fit good.

My second order for the same rack for our new fleet pickup truck. I did not know what to expect with the first delivery. I was very satisfied and impressed with the quality for the price paid. The price on my second order within a month or two did increase approximately $12. I still feel this price is within reason. Of course we all like to pay less! The shipping time is adequate for the free delivery. I do recommend this rack. If the others in this line are as well build you will not go wrong with this brand. My order had a delay. I believe this was due to the fact that it was shipping from the manufacturer so I can't really blame Autoplicity. The customer service team did not originally respond to my first e-mail, but they did respond to me once I opened a dispute in PayPal and the issue was resolved. I couldn't find a better price on the part I ordered though (or anything remotely near that price for that matter).
