Wiseco WK1268 80.50mm 2-Stroke Piston Kit for Kawasaki JH1200 Ultra 150

The Wiseco WK1268 is a complete 2-stroke forged piston kit engineered specifically for the Kawasaki JH1200 Ultra 150 personal watercraft. Featuring an 80.50 mm bore diameter, this top-end kit delivers the strength, precision, and reliability demanded by high-performance marine applications.

Key Features:

• Forged High-Silicon Aluminum Construction: Each piston is forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy, providing superior tensile strength, reduced weight, improved heat transfer, and extended service life compared to cast alternatives.
• Optimized Strength-to-Weight Ratio: Dedicated forgings and additional lightening operations are engineered to maximize performance without sacrificing durability.
• Precision CNC-Machined Finish: Diamond-turned on CNC machining centers for a consistent, accurate fit with no size variation — compatible with cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinder bore compositions.
• Complete Kit Includes: Forged piston, high-quality piston ring(s), wrist pin(s), and circlips — everything needed for a full top-end rebuild.
• Designed for 2-Stroke Engines: Engineered specifically for the Kawasaki JH1200 Ultra 150 2-stroke powerplant for precise fit and optimal power output.
• Manufactured in the USA: All Wiseco pistons are forged and machined at their facility in Mentor, Ohio, with full in-house quality control from raw material to finished part.

The Wiseco WK1268 is the go-to choice for riders rebuilding or upgrading their Kawasaki Ultra 150 top end. Whether you're restoring a worn motor or building for more performance, this kit delivers proven Wiseco quality backed by decades of powersports racing heritage.
