Wiseco WK1241 Kawasaki JS750 Forged Piston Kit 80mm STD Bore 2-Stroke PWC

The Wiseco WK1241 is a standard bore (80.00mm) forged piston kit engineered for Kawasaki JS750 personal watercraft 2-stroke engines. Built to withstand the demands of high-performance marine applications, this kit delivers the strength, precision, and durability that Wiseco is known for across decades of powersports piston development.

Kit Includes:

• One (1) forged piston
• Piston rings
• Wrist pin (piston pin)
• Piston pin circlips

Key Features:

• Forged 4032 High-Silicon Aluminum: All Wiseco pistons are forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy, offering superior strength, reduced weight, improved heat transfer, and longer service life compared to cast alternatives.
• CNC Diamond-Turned Finish: Each piston is finished on CNC computer-controlled turning centers, ensuring consistent sizing and a precise surface finish with no size variation between units.
• Universal Cylinder Compatibility: Wiseco pistons are engineered for use with cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinder bore compositions, providing installation confidence regardless of cylinder type.
• Pro-Lite Series Engineering: Dedicated forgings and CNC machining reduce reciprocating mass while preserving structural integrity, supporting quicker engine revs and long-term reliability in demanding 2-stroke PWC applications.
• Oversize Availability: The WK1241 series is available in a range of oversizes to restore worn cast iron lined cylinders. Chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinders can be resleeved to accept Wiseco oversize pistons.
• 80.00mm Standard Bore: Matches the factory bore specification of the Kawasaki JS750 for direct replacement or engine rebuild applications.

Wiseco's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is dedicated to producing the finest forged pistons for both performance-focused riders and recreational enthusiasts. The WK1241 is part number 809M / 3150KD in Wiseco's PWC piston lineup and is the standard-bore option within the JS750 WK12xx kit family.
