• Forged High-Silicon Aluminum Construction: Manufactured from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy for superior strength, reduced weight, improved heat transfer, and extended service life compared to cast alternatives.
• Diamond-Turned CNC Finish: Each piston receives a precision diamond-turned finish from CNC turning centers, ensuring consistent sizing and a perfect surface for installation in any cylinder bore composition — including cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinders.
• Oversize Availability: Part of Wiseco's extensive oversize piston lineup, allowing worn cast iron cylinders to be bored and fitted with a fresh piston. Nikasil, chrome, and boron composite cylinders can be re-sleeved to accept Wiseco oversize pistons as well.
• Precision Manufacturing: Produced in a state-of-the-art computerized facility built to meet the demands of both competitive racers and recreational riders seeking the highest-quality forged piston available.
