Wiseco WK1084 Arctic Cat Tiger Shark 650 Forged Piston Top End Kit 76mm

The Wiseco WK1084 is a forged 2-stroke piston top end kit designed for the Arctic Cat Tiger Shark 650 personal watercraft. Featuring a 76.00mm bore (0.31mm oversize / 632cc displacement), this kit delivers the strength, precision, and durability that demanding PWC applications require.

Kit Includes:

• One (1) forged aluminum piston
• Piston ring set
• Wrist pin (piston pin)
• Wrist pin circlips

Key Features:

• USA Forged Construction — Engineered, forged, and machined in Mentor, OH from high-strength aluminum alloy for superior tensile strength, reduced weight, and improved heat transfer over cast alternatives
• Optimized Strength-to-Weight Ratio — Dedicated forgings with targeted lightening operations balance durability and performance for 2-stroke PWC use
• Precision CNC Machined Skirt — Each piston skirt is cam-ground to exacting tolerances, engineered to the specific thermal expansion characteristics of the alloy to ensure proper running clearance and ring seal
• Compatible Bore Surfaces — Suitable for installation in cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinder bores
• Application-Specific Design — Engineered specifically for the Arctic Cat Tiger Shark 650 2-stroke engine for a precise OEM-quality fit

Wiseco forged pistons feature a condensed, aligned grain structure that resists impact and fatigue — properties that cast pistons simply cannot match. Part number WK1084 (also referenced as 632M07600) is the trusted choice for Tiger Shark 650 engine rebuilds where reliability and performance matter.
