Product Details

The Wiseco SK1303 is a complete 2-stroke Pro-Lite forged piston kit engineered for Ski-Doo snowmobile engines. Designed as a 0.50mm oversize kit with a 76.50mm actual bore, it is purpose-built for the 550F fan-cooled engine platform and includes everything needed for a full top-end rebuild or overbore.

Kit Specifications:

  • Bore – Standard: 76.00mm
  • Bore – Actual: 76.50mm (0.50mm Oversize)
  • Stroke: 61.00mm
  • Cylinders: 2
  • Engine Type: 550F (Fan Cooled)
  • Skirt Coating: Moly

Kit Contents:

  • Piston rings
  • Taper-wall wrist pins
  • Circlips
  • Top-end gasket set

Key Features:

  • Forged from high-silicon aluminum alloy for superior strength and thermal stability
  • Pro-Lite design is CNC machined for optimal cam shape and profile, maximizing horsepower and service life
  • Moly skirt coating reduces friction and improves break-in performance
  • Condensed, aligned grain structure provides greater resistance to impact and fatigue compared to cast pistons
  • Optimized strength-to-weight ratio for peak snowmobile performance
  • Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA

Note: Oversize bore pistons require cylinder sleeving. Wiseco pistons are compatible with Wiseco rings only — ring types are not interchangeable.
