Wiseco SK1186 2-Stroke Forged Piston Kit 75.00mm Bore

The Wiseco SK1186 is a 2-stroke forged piston kit with a 75.00 mm bore, engineered specifically for high-performance Polaris snowmobile engines. Wiseco's legacy is rooted in 2-stroke piston manufacturing dating back to 1941, and today's 2-stroke pistons incorporate the latest design and manufacturing advancements to deliver proven performance.

Key Features:

• Made in the USA — engineered, forged, and machined in Mentor, OH
• Designed and built for each specific 2-stroke powersports engine for a precise fit
• Improved tensile strength of forged material optimizes strength and service life
• Dedicated forgings and additional lightening operations allow for an optimized strength-to-weight ratio
• Kit includes high-quality piston ring(s), wrist pin(s), and circlips
• Pro-Lite pistons CNC machined for optimal cam shape and profile for peak horsepower and service life
• Built from race-proven designs chosen by top race teams across all forms of racing, including snocross

Unlike cast pistons, Wiseco forgings feature condensed, aligned grain structure that delivers superior mechanical properties, impact resistance, and fatigue resistance — critical characteristics for extreme snowmobile racing conditions. Aerospace alloy is utilized for superior strength-to-weight ratio, ensuring this piston can handle the demands of both competitive racing and aggressive trail riding.
