Wiseco SK1141 Pro-Lite 2-Stroke Piston Kit 75.40mm Standard Bore

The Wiseco SK1141 is a Pro-Lite forged piston kit designed for Arctic Cat 580 snowmobiles with a standard bore of 75.40mm. Purpose-built for demanding snowmobile applications, this kit delivers the strength, precision, and reliability that high-performance two-stroke engines require.

Kit Includes:

• Precision matched and balanced forged piston(s)
• Piston rings
• Wrist pin(s)
• Circlips
• Top end gaskets for a complete engine rebuild

Key Features:

• Pro-Lite forged construction — CNC-machined for optimal cam shape and profile, maximizing horsepower and service life
• Forged grain structure — delivers superior impact and fatigue resistance compared to cast pistons, which are prone to brittle failure under high stress
• Optimized strength-to-weight ratio — lightweight design improves throttle response and engine efficiency without sacrificing durability
• USA manufactured — Wiseco forges all pistons in-house, controlling every step from raw bar to skirt coating for consistent quality
• Nikasil bore compatible — designed for use with Nikasil-plated cylinders; sleeving or replating is required for oversize bores
• Standard bore fitment — 75.40mm bore; cylinder must be bored and honed to size before installation
