Wiseco CK170 Forged Piston Kit Honda CBR600RR 12.71:1 CR

The Wiseco CK170 is a complete forged piston kit engineered for the Honda CBR600RR inline-four engine, delivering a 12.71:1 compression ratio. Manufactured in the USA, each piston is forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy—providing superior tensile strength, reduced reciprocating mass, improved heat transfer, and extended service life compared to OEM cast pistons.

Key Features:

• Forged aluminum construction – High-silicon, low-expansion alloy offers superior strength and reduced weight over cast alternatives
• 12.71:1 compression ratio – Purpose-engineered for the Honda CBR600RR application
• CNC diamond-turned finish – Precision machining ensures consistent sizing and compatibility with cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinder bore compositions
• Oversize availability – Part of Wiseco's broad oversize piston range, supporting cylinder resleeving for chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite bores
• Engineered and machined in the USA – Produced at Wiseco's facility in Mentor, OH, to tight tolerances for consistent fit and performance
• Complete kit – Includes forged pistons, piston rings, wrist pin(s), and circlips for a straightforward installation

Wiseco's 4-stroke powersports pistons are designed specifically for each engine application, optimizing the strength-to-weight ratio through dedicated forgings. The CK170 kit is a trusted choice for engine rebuilds and performance upgrades on the Honda CBR600RR.
