Product Details

The Wiseco CK140 is a complete big bore re-sleeving kit engineered for Honda XR400, TRX400EX, and TRX400X platforms. This all-in-one kit bumps displacement to 440cc with a 12.5:1 compression ratio, delivering a significant power upgrade without requiring any case modifications.

Kit Includes:

  • Forged aluminum big bore cylinder sleeve
  • Forged piston (89.0mm / 3.504" bore)
  • Piston rings
  • Wrist pin and circlips
  • Complete top end gasket kit

Key Specifications:

  • Displacement: 440cc
  • Bore Size: 89.0mm (3.504")
  • Compression Ratio: 12.5:1
  • Cylinder Sleeving: Required — sleeve included in kit

Why Wiseco Forged?

  • Forged construction is tougher and more durable than cast pistons
  • Engineered skirt profiles and barrel/cam shapes optimized per application for stability, ring seal, and reduced friction
  • Designed with proper installed clearance based on the alloy's coefficient of thermal expansion for maximum power, minimal wear, and best ring seal at operating temperature
  • Variable cam programming software developed in-house produces skirt shapes unique to Wiseco

Wiseco's CK140 big bore kit is the ideal solution for XR400, TRX400EX, and TRX400X riders looking to maximize top-end performance with a complete, bolt-in package that saves time and eliminates guesswork during a rebuild.
