Wiseco 813M08300 Pro-Lite 2-Stroke Forged Piston Kit Kawasaki 750 83.00mm +3.00mm Oversize

The Wiseco 813M08300 is a Pro-Lite series forged piston kit designed for the Kawasaki 750 Jet Ski (1992–1995 JH750 models with 20mm small pin), featuring an 83.00mm bore (+3.00mm oversize) and displacing approximately 795cc. This kit is an ideal solution for engine rebuilds or performance upgrades requiring a overbore cylinder.

Kit Includes:

• One (1) forged piston — 83.00mm bore
• Wiseco 3268KD piston ring set
• 20mm wrist pin
• Circlips

Key Features:

• Forged 4032 Alloy Construction: Precision-forged in the USA from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy for superior strength, improved heat transfer, and longer service life compared to cast pistons
• Pro-Lite Series Engineering: Dedicated forgings and CNC machining reduce piston weight while maintaining structural integrity for quicker revs and long-term reliability
• Optimized Skirt Design: Contoured piston skirts improve cylinder sealing, reduce friction, and enhance engine response
• Diamond-Turned Finish: CNC-machined finish ensures precise sizing with minimal variation for a proper cylinder fit
• Compatible with All Cylinder Bore Compositions: Suitable for cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinder bore types

Important Note: This is a +3.00mm oversize piston. Use of this piston requires professional cylinder boring or sleeving to the corresponding 83.00mm bore diameter. Cross-references OEM part numbers: 13001-3718, 13001-3722, 13001-3712, 13001-3713, 13001-3710.
