Product Details

The Wiseco 798M04700 is a 47.00mm bore, 2-stroke forged piston kit designed for the Honda CR80 GP Series (1986–2002). Engineered for high-performance off-road riding, this piston is built to handle the demands of aggressive motocross and trail use.

Wiseco pistons are forged from high-silicon aluminum alloy, delivering superior strength and thermal stability compared to cast alternatives. The innovative forging geometry and optimized piston skirt profile are designed to maximize horsepower and torque output while minimizing friction and wear.

Kit Includes:

  • Forged high-silicon aluminum piston (47.00mm)
  • Piston rings
  • Wrist pin
  • Circlips

Key Features:

  • High-silicon forged aluminum construction for maximum strength and durability
  • GP Series design optimized for peak horsepower and torque
  • Precision CNC-machined for tight tolerances and consistent performance
  • Oversize bore — cylinder re-sleeving or boring required for installation
  • Complete kit includes rings, pin, and circlips — ready to install

Wiseco is a trusted name in high-performance piston technology for motocross, off-road, and powersports applications. The 798M04700 is an ideal choice for rebuilding or upgrading a Honda CR80 engine to restore or improve original performance.
