Wiseco 687M07650 Pro-Lite Forged Piston Kit Polaris SL900 76.50mm +2mm Overbore

The Wiseco 687M07650 Pro-Lite Piston Kit is a high-performance forged replacement piston designed for the Polaris SL900 personal watercraft. This is a +2mm overbore piston with a 76.50mm bore diameter, making it the ideal choice for cylinder rebuilds requiring oversize pistons. Ring set 3012TD is included.

Key Features:

• Forged high-silicon aluminum alloy construction — delivers superior tensile strength and durability over cast pistons
• Pro-Lite design — dedicated forgings and precision lightening operations optimize the strength-to-weight ratio for improved throttle response and power
• 76.50mm bore diameter (+2mm overbore) — engineered for cylinders that have been bored or sleeved to accommodate oversize pistons
• Complete kit — includes piston, piston ring set (3012TD), wrist pin, and circlips
• Engineered in the USA — designed, forged, and machined in Mentor, OH for consistent quality and fitment
• 2-stroke PWC application — purpose-built for the Polaris SL900 900cc watercraft engine

Wiseco has been the benchmark in 2-stroke piston manufacturing since 1941, and the Pro-Lite series carries on that tradition with optimized forging geometry and skirt design that maximizes horsepower and torque output. Note: This oversize piston requires cylinder boring or sleeving prior to installation.
