Wiseco 477M04700 2-Stroke Forged Piston Kit 47.00mm Bore

The Wiseco 477M04700 is a 2-Stroke Forged Series Piston Kit featuring a 47.00mm bore, engineered and manufactured in the USA at Wiseco's facility in Mentor, OH. Wiseco's legacy is rooted in 2-stroke piston manufacturing dating back to 1941, and today these pistons incorporate decades of experience and the latest in 2-stroke design to deliver proven performance.

Key Features:

• Forged Construction: Wiseco is the only aftermarket piston manufacturer in the United States that produces pistons strictly using the forging process. Starting with aerospace-grade aluminum, forging compresses the material's molecules, increasing density and aligning grain flow for improved strength and ductility.
• Optimized Strength-to-Weight Ratio: Dedicated forgings and additional lightening operations allow for an optimized strength-to-weight ratio, while the improved tensile strength of the forged material maximizes strength and service life.
• Precision CNC Machining: A diamond-turned finish from CNC computer-controlled turning centers guarantees a perfect finish with no size variation.
• Broad Cylinder Compatibility: Wiseco pistons can be installed in any of today's cylinder bore compositions, including cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite.
• Advanced Engineering: Wiseco engineers utilize the latest 3D design techniques and finite element modeling software to ensure each design provides the highest strength and lightest weight for each application.
