Wiseco 457M04950 Forged Piston - 49.5mm 2-Stroke Kit

The Wiseco 457M04950 is a high-performance forged 2-stroke piston kit featuring a 49.50mm bore diameter. Engineered as an oversize replacement piston, this kit delivers the strength and precision demanded by serious off-road and motocross riders.

Key Features:

• Forged high-silicon aluminum alloy construction for maximum strength and dependability
• Aerospace-grade alloy provides a superior strength-to-weight ratio
• Innovative forging design and optimized piston skirt geometry for maximum horsepower and torque
• 3D design techniques and finite element modeling ensure the highest strength with lowest weight for the application
• Kit includes: piston, ring(s), wrist pin, and circlips — everything needed for a complete top-end rebuild
• Oversize bore specification: 49.50mm — oversize pistons require cylinder sleeving

Wiseco is the only aftermarket piston manufacturer in the United States that produces pistons exclusively using the forging process, resulting in a denser, stronger, and more durable product compared to cast alternatives. Each piston is validated through Wiseco's in-house dyno facility and real-world field-testing network to ensure it meets the demands of the motorsports industry.
