Product Details

The Wiseco Pistons 28.3408-2 is a premium titanium intake valve engineered for high-performance dirt bike applications. Constructed from ProX Ti3Al titanium alloy, this valve is forged in a single piece to deliver exceptional strength and durability that surpasses OEM titanium valves, even under extreme operating temperatures.

Key Features:

  • One-piece forged titanium construction for maximum strength and reliability
  • Ti3Al alloy formulation optimized for superior high-temperature performance
  • CrN (Chromium Nitride) coating provides enhanced surface hardness and reduces friction between valve and guide
  • 36.00mm head diameter with 5.50mm stem diameter for precise fitment
  • 81.90mm total length designed to OEM specifications
  • Single intake valve per kit

This titanium intake valve is specifically designed for Suzuki RM-Z 450 (2008-2013) and RMX 450 Z (2010-2011) models. The combination of lightweight titanium construction and low-friction CrN coating helps improve valve train response, reduce reciprocating mass, and extend valve life in demanding motocross and off-road racing environments.
