Wiseco 235M05250 Pro-Lite Piston Kit Bore - 2-Stroke 52.50mm

The Wiseco 235M05250 Pro-Lite Piston Kit is a complete forged 2-stroke piston kit designed for high-performance and all-purpose powersports riding. Forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy, this piston delivers superior strength, reduced weight, improved heat transfer, and longer service life compared to OEM cast pistons.

Key Features:

• 52.50mm bore — precision-machined for accurate fitment and optimal cylinder wall clearance
• Forged aerospace alloy construction — improved tensile strength and superior strength-to-weight ratio over cast pistons
• CNC-machined cam shape and skirt profile — engineered for minimal cylinder wall friction and peak power output
• Extra lightweight design — reduces reciprocating mass for instant throttle response
• Anti-detonation grooves and ring land geometry — eliminates ring blow-by and maximizes combustion efficiency
• Dedicated forgings with lightening operations — optimized strength-to-weight ratio for sustained power and longer service intervals
• Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA — manufactured in Mentor, OH under strict quality control
• Complete kit includes: forged piston, high-quality piston ring(s), wrist pin, and circlips

The Pro-Lite line is Wiseco's flagship 2-stroke piston series, trusted by top race teams across Supercross, Motocross, and GNCC competition. This kit provides everything needed to complete a top-end rebuild. Note: Oversize pistons require cylinder sleeving or boring to the appropriate bore size.
