Product Details

The Wiseco 137M07100 is a high-performance forged piston kit designed for 2-stroke off-road applications with a 71.00mm bore size. Built using aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, this piston delivers the strength and durability demanded by serious riders and racers.

Key Features:

  • Forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy for superior strength-to-weight ratio
  • 71.00mm bore diameter for precise cylinder matching
  • CNC diamond-turned finish ensures perfect dimensional consistency
  • Compatible with all modern cylinder bore compositions including cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite
  • Complete kit includes piston, rings, circlips, and wrist pin
  • Designed and manufactured in the USA at Wiseco's Ohio facility

Wiseco pistons feature advanced forging technology that creates a condensed grain structure aligned to the piston's features, providing higher mechanical properties and superior resistance to impact and fatigue. Each piston is precision-machined on computer-controlled turning centers to guarantee exact specifications with zero size variation, ensuring reliable performance in demanding off-road conditions.
