Product Details

The Wiseco PK1580 is a GP Series forged piston kit designed for the 2000–2002 Honda CR125 two-stroke motocross engine. Featuring a 56mm bore diameter (762M), this kit provides everything needed for a complete top-end rebuild or overbore, delivering improved durability and performance over the stock OEM piston.

Wiseco's GP Series pistons are manufactured from aerospace-grade forged aluminum alloy, offering superior strength-to-weight ratio compared to cast alternatives. The forging process results in a denser grain structure that resists heat and stress under high-RPM, high-compression two-stroke operation — making it a trusted choice for both competitive racers and serious trail riders.

Kit Includes:

  • Forged GP Series piston — 56mm bore, precision-machined to tight tolerances
  • Piston ring set — properly gapped for two-stroke application
  • Wrist pin (piston pin) — hardened for reliable power transfer
  • Circlips (wrist pin retaining clips) — secure wrist pin retention

Wiseco is an industry-leading American manufacturer of performance pistons, with decades of experience supplying OEM and aftermarket piston solutions for motocross, off-road, snowmobile, and powersports applications. The PK1580 is a direct fitment component engineered specifically for the Honda CR125 single-cylinder two-stroke engine.
