Wiseco PK1053 Kawasaki KLF KEF KVF 300 Top End Piston Kit 77.5mm 1.50mm Oversize

The Wiseco PK1053 is a complete top end piston kit designed for Kawasaki KLF, KEF, and KVF 300 engines. With a 77.5mm bore diameter, this kit provides a 1.50mm oversize fit, making it ideal for overboring or rebuilding a worn top end back to like-new performance.

Wiseco pistons are forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy, delivering superior strength, reduced weight, improved heat transfer, and extended service life compared to cast alternatives. Each piston receives a precision diamond-turned finish from CNC-controlled machining centers, ensuring consistent sizing with no variation.

Kit Includes:

• High-performance forged piston (77.5mm / 1.50mm oversize)
• Piston rings
• Wrist pin
• Circlips
• Top end gasket set

Important Notes:

• Wiseco rings are application-specific and not interchangeable between ring types — Wiseco pistons must be used with Wiseco rings only
• Cylinder boring is required prior to installation
• Cylinder sleeve must be purchased separately
• Wiseco piston part number: 4671M07750

Wiseco is the only aftermarket piston manufacturer in the United States that produces pistons exclusively using the forging process, starting with aerospace-grade aluminum for maximum durability and performance in demanding powersports applications.
