Product Details

The Wiseco PK1858 is a complete forged piston top-end kit engineered for overboring or rebuilding the top end of compatible Honda CRF250R engines. Built around a 78mm (4949M) bore forged piston at a high-compression 13.1:1 ratio, this kit delivers the strength and reliability demanded by serious off-road and motocross riders.

Kit Includes:

  • Forged piston (78mm / 4949M)
  • Piston rings
  • Wrist pin
  • Circlips
  • Complete top-end gasket set

Key Features:

  • Armor Glide skirt coating reduces operating friction, minimizing skirt and cylinder wall wear for improved longevity and engine efficiency
  • Forged construction from aerospace-grade aluminum provides superior strength and toughness over cast pistons — resisting impact, fatigue, and high-compression stress
  • Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA at Wiseco's facility in Mentor, OH
  • Designed to the tightest tolerances for optimal performance and service life in 4-stroke powersports applications
  • 13.1:1 high-compression ratio designed to maximize power output
  • All-inclusive top-end gasket set provides everything needed to complete the rebuild in one package

Wiseco PK-series top-end kits are a trusted choice for motocross and off-road rebuilds, combining premium forged components with a complete gasket set to simplify the rebuild process and restore peak engine performance.

Easy and good price

Good prices and easy ordering process (order #18003). The only issue that I had was after placing the order, completing the entire process, I received three emails stating that "We noticed that you started checking out on our site, but didn't quite finish the process". After calling customer service, they ensured me that the order was complete. Since then, I receive the same email(3 emails at a time) on a daily basis. Just a little annoying, but easy enough to delete.
