Why Forged Pistons?

Wiseco's forging process creates a condensed grain structure that aligns with the piston's features, delivering significantly higher mechanical properties compared to cast pistons. This results in exceptional resistance to the extreme temperatures, pressures, and stresses encountered in high-performance ATV applications. Each piston is designed and tested to withstand rigorous riding conditions while maintaining precise tolerances.

Wiseco controls every aspect of production from raw materials to finished components, ensuring consistent quality and performance. Their in-house dyno testing and R&D capabilities allow continuous development of advanced piston technology, making Wiseco the choice of professional racers and performance enthusiasts worldwide.
