Wiseco PK1368 Honda CRF450X 13:1 High Compression Forged Piston Kit 96mm (4822M)

The Wiseco PK1368 is a high-compression forged piston kit designed for the Honda CRF450X (2005–2009), featuring a 96.00mm standard bore and an aggressive 13:1 compression ratio for maximum power output. Built around the 4822M09600 forging, this kit delivers the strength and precision demanded by serious off-road riders and racers.

Wiseco engineers and forges all pistons in-house at their facility in Mentor, OH, allowing complete control over every stage of the manufacturing process. Forged pistons offer a condensed, aligned grain structure that produces superior mechanical properties compared to cast alternatives — resisting impact, fatigue, and catastrophic failure under extreme loads.

Key Features:

• 96.00mm standard bore — fits stock cylinder dimensions
• 13:1 high compression ratio for increased power and throttle response
• 4822M dedicated forging — optimized strength-to-weight ratio for this specific application
• Dome design with race-ready finish and smooth edges for improved combustion flow
• Armor Glide skirt coating reduces friction and improves scuff resistance
• Chrome-plated wrist pin with horizontal slot pin oiling for superior lubrication
• Pressure seal groove for maximum ring seal and compression retention
• Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA

Kit Includes:

• 1x Wiseco forged piston (4822M09600)
• 1x Ring set
• 1x Wrist pin
• 2x Circlips

Note: Top-end bearings, gaskets, and cylinder sleeves are not included unless otherwise specified. Order by standard bore size to ensure correct fitment.
