Wiseco PK1352 Forged Piston - 4-Stroke Kit 96mm 12.5 1 CRF450X 2005-2009

The Wiseco PK1352 is a forged 4-stroke piston kit designed specifically for the Honda CRF450X (2005–2009), featuring a 96.00mm bore and a high-compression 12.5:1 compression ratio. Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA at Wiseco's Mentor, Ohio facility, this piston kit delivers the strength and precision demanded by serious off-road riders.

Key Features:

• 96.00mm bore diameter — direct fit for the Honda CRF450X
• 12.5:1 compression ratio — optimized for high-performance 4-stroke power delivery
• Forged construction — condensed, aligned grain structure provides superior tensile strength, impact resistance, and fatigue life compared to cast alternatives
• Application-specific design — engineered to the tightest tolerances for each individual engine platform
• Optimized strength-to-weight ratio — dedicated forging geometry maximizes performance without unnecessary mass
• Complete kit — includes forged piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips
• Made in the USA — fully designed, forged, and machined at Wiseco's Mentor, OH facility

Wiseco's forged pistons outperform cast units in high-stress racing and trail riding environments. Unlike brittle castings that can fail catastrophically under peak loads, Wiseco forgings are built with a refined grain structure that resists deformation and absorbs punishment ride after ride. The PK1352 is a proven choice for CRF450X rebuilds demanding reliability and performance in equal measure.
